Watchers

Something Happened to me the other day that only happens to people in movies or in books this is why i must tell you about it.
Sitting on the train i notice out of the corner of my eye an inconspicuoius plastic chinese take away box
inside it appears to be scraps of paper and some matches, of course i cannot resist i reach down and grab it
In my head im thinking its probably nothing convinced of this i open the lid
the contents are as follows

-A card for Lifeline; it reads pressure, drugs, sex, fear, confused if you need a way through. We'll listen
-A booklet entitled Money Stuff- Independent informed and incontrol
-A Magnet asking- Got a renting or consumer problem? Call consumer affairs Victoria

(i know it seems like nothing, just as i thought, i was thinking exactly what you are, however trust me i would not bore you with a story of government pamphlets)

-A torn peice of paper headed Phone Accounts with option for Name; and CRN,  Answers are written in a childish scrawl
-A torn peice of lined paper written in pen neatly Paul 9480 1451 9th Sept
- 19 unused matches
- 1 used match
- 1 small rectangular green peice of cardboard (my boyfriend tells me the end of a pack of cigarette rollie papers, usefull for making roaches for smoking joints)

none of these objects meant anything to me but the last peice of paper changed everything

-A A4 peice of paper  folded three times, with typed writting
the header reads - Corrections Victoria
the title- Prisoner Information Report
following this are the prisoners detail, contact numbers ect.
Date of reception into Prison- 27 April  2006
Effective Term- 0y 3m 0D
"your earliest discharge date is currently the 15th of July 2006
i stopped reading glaced at my watch
the date 15th of July
It is strage to think that today some man got out of prison, perhaps he left these things deliberatly on the train as he did not want them, or perhaps he forgot them
This either someones life, or the life someone wanted to leave behind

Just thought i might explain some of the recent photo's in my gallery. Yes they are photos but at the same time i guess they are paintings as well, they are made with water, flour and paint in a white dish. So far i have pretty much only used black paint small amounts of water are added and the dish is rotated around, beautiful patterns, arise. Partly this is quite Taoist its about the notion that everything has a flow and that its better to go with the flow than against it.
